How to get faith/trust/belief in God.

So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.  Rom 10:17

Faith will come to you when you hear, recieve, and believe the word of God.  Not by praying for faith.

How to develop faith in the word of God that you hear, and have good success.

This book of the law (God's Word, the Bible ) shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate (mutter, confess, to say the same thing) therein day and night (at least twice a day), that thou mayest observe (see to it) to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shall make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.   Jos 1:8

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid neither be thou dismayed:  (neither allow dread or apprehension to destroy your courage or resolution causing you to lose enthusiasm:) for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. (wherever you go)   Jos 1:9

And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in to  the sea; and it should obey you.  Luke 17:5-6

What might you say.....Whatever you might say!

Activate your desires with faith, and forgive anything against anybody.

 And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in God [constantly].

Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him.

For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it].

And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your [own] failings and shortcomings and let them drop.

But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your failings and shortcomings.

Application:
As a beleiver in Jesus Christ here's how you can apply the above scripture in your life.
The Steps:
1. Read the above scripture aloud.
2. Ask Papa God to open you heart to receive His written word in your heart.
3. Next in every place were you see; thou, thee, thy, you, whoso & whosoever, replace it with your name, this will help you to receive GOD's word as a His personal word to you.
4. Now read the scripture aloud again with your name inserted receving it as Papa GOD's word to you, remember faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God will bring God's faith to you!
